Our show at the Left Field stage on Saturday night at Glastonbury was a fantastic night. Here we’ll bring together reports, pics and video from the night… overall at the festival, 1000s signed up with LMHR and UAF to join the fight against racism and the fascist BNP, and there was plenty of serious media coverage of our message too, from the NME to BBC2, Radio 4′s Today programme to the Guardian’s Glastonbury review. Thanks must go to all the acts who supported the cause, and to those many selfless souls who make the Left Field tick and doing a LMHR show there a doddle! Big up!

We can now unveil our complete line-up for our show in the Left Field at this year’s Glastonbury Festival. LMHR takes over the 5,000-capacity Left Field big tent for the Saturday night (June 23rd), kicking off with a debate on how can we can best take on racism and fascism, and followed by an eclectic line-up we reckon is unparalalled anywhere else at the festival (click the title for more details). Hard-Fi …. Akala .. Get Cape.Wear Cape.Fly .. Lethal Bizzle .. Noisettes .. rodney P .. Killa Kela .. Natty .. No Lay .. The Mentalists .. DJs Skitz & Statik. *Throughout the weekend there’ll be an LMHR/UAF stall inside the Left Field, so if you’re going to the festival and can spare us an hour or two to help promote LMHR we’d like to hear from you too. *

We’re delighted to announce that Hard-Fi are confirmed as headliners for ourshow at the Left Field stage at Glastonbury Festival this weekend. The band have been vocal supporters of LMHR since their early days, and this surprise show will be their ONLY festival appearance this year, ahead of the release of new album “Once Upon A Time In The West” later this year.
Speaking about their appearance at this year’s LMHR Glasto show, the band said, “The BNP try to use misinformation and distortion in an attempt to deceive the British public. Hard-Fi wish to state our continued opposition to the BNP and continued support for Love Music Hate Racism and the fight against racism and fascism. Music brings people together, racism divides – united we stand, divided we fall.”
Prior to the show, from 6-7pm, most of the evening’s acts will join Martin Smith of LMHR, Weyman Bennett of UAF, and Derek Simpson of trade union Amicus, in a debate on music and combatting racism and fascism.
