LOVE MUSIC HATE RACISM @ UNDERAGE AND FIELD DAY FESTIVALS

Thanks to the kind people who run both the Underage and Field Day festivals, Love Music Hate Racism will once again be holding a stall at the Victoria Park day festivals. If you’re planning to come along and check out the weekend’s entertainment, then please say hi to all the volunteers on the stall, who will gladly answer any questions about the campaign. We’ll also be stocking all the latest LMHR merchandise with some cool offers on all our T-shirts and bags.

Underage festival was conceived from the extremely successful Underage Club nights, the debut festival last year was an unprecedented success with a sell out show packed with the biggest and newest artists around. This years show is no different; featuring great bands and performers such as: Dizzee Rascal, Gallows, Foals, The Horrors, The Rascals, Bonde Do Role and The Maccabees. Open to everyone aged between 14 and 18 (strictly no over-18s; 18-year olds are welcome), The festival takes place in Victoria Park, East London on Friday 8th August from 11am.

With a more laid back feel this festival is definatly for the older audience featuring; Foals, Mercury nominated Fionn Regan, Mystery Jets, Magistrates, Richie Hawtin (Minus, Berlin) with a very exclusive visuals show by Ali Demirel, King Creosote (as a duo), Wild Beasts, Simian Mobile Disco, and The Notwist along with many other acts. The day is only open to those aged over 18 and will also be held in Victoria Park.
