Leicester Love Music Hate Racism are holding a public meeting on Thursday 30th April at the Communication Workers Union (CWU) offices, 1-3 New St, Leicester (near St Martins Square, kinda parallel with Hotel St). Come along and find out how you can get involved.
We have just a month until the Stoke Carnival and a further 6 days after that until the European elections. Due to the proportional representation system used in the European elections, the Nazi BNP need about 8% to get an MEP in the East Midlands region. They are especially targeting North-West Leicestershire. FOR EVERY MEP THEY WILL RECEIVE £250,000 OF EUROPEAN MONEY TO SPREAD THEIR MESSAGE OF HATRED AND INTOLERANCE.
Please attend if you feel that your union branch, community organisation, faith group could help with transport or anything else – we need as many hands on deck and as many resources at our disposal as possible.
