venue Bar Noir plays host to a night of revival on Saturday August 13th, with the very best of the best from the 70′s, 80′s & 90′s RnB, Motown, jazz, and soul blues!
Featuring Soul Assassin & Mr B (Kooler Ruler) Pioneers in the art of revival music – no other DJ’s can do this better – FACT! Both DJ’s are well known to the Leeds community from Radio and many events in the city, and never fail to put on a great night!
The event is being organised in light of an ongoing campaign by Leeds Council and West Yorkshire Police, who are attempting to have Bar Noir’s liscence removed. Management believe that this is directly related to the venue being popular amongst the black and Asian community, and amounts to nothing other than racism.
So come along on August 13th, to show solidarity and most of all have a great night of music!
